    What is an audio conference?
    An audio conference is a live event that includes session handouts, an interactive question and answer period, and access for an unlimited number of participants at each call-in site.

    Do I need special equipment?
    No. All you need is your regular telephone. Many listeners like to put the call on speakerphone so that others can listen as well.

    How do I know what number to call?
    After you register, a toll-free phone number and an access code will be sent to you via e-mail. To get on the call, simply dial in the phone number. You will be prompted for your access code. Punch it in an you're ready to listen.

    What if I lose my access number?
    No problem. Simply call 1-800-964-6033 or request it by sending an e-mail to info@governmenteducator.com

    Can more than one person listen in?
    Absolutely. Your registration fee entitles you to one telephone line per site, allowing you to put the call on a speakerphone and  gather as many people as you want to listen in on the call.

    When do I get the program materials?
    Approximately 1 week before the audio conference, you will be e-mailed a link where you can download the presentation.
